  Having decided it was time to renovate the woodwork in our home, we explored several companies on line before discovering Jarrod's website. We were immediately attracted to the company as it appeared to be able to meet all our requirements i.e. renovate our staircase, replace all our interior doors, archetraving and skirting as well as lay wooden flooring in our hall and dining room. It was also locally based and from the moment we made our initial enquiry we were impressed with the standard of service we received. During the planning process, we were able to visit the workshop to discuss options for our archetraving which gave us the opportunity to observe at first hand the team preparing staircases and doors for ongoing projects. Jarrod personally helped us decide on doors and door fittings and arranged for us to visit a previous customer in order for us to find out at first hand what we might expect as the work was being carried out. There was no pressure put on us at any time so when the time came for the work to start we were happy with all the decisions we had made. The workmen arrived promptly at 8 a.m each morning during the fitting period i.e. 10 days start to finish, and worked consistently throughout each day, with very limited breaks, only finishing when they were happy with the progress they had made. All had served apprenticeships with Jarrod and were very skilled in the necessary aspects of their work. They were pleasant, polite and took pride in everything they did. They made every effort to leave the house clean and tidy at the end of each day and kept us informed of all that they were doing throughout so that disruption and damage to walls etc. was kept to a minimum, although in our case it was inevitable that the whole house was going to be affected by the work.
  The work has now been finished for a few weeks and we are absolutely delighted with everything that Jarrod and his team have done for us. The attention to detail and quality of the workmanship is evident to all who have watched the process and seen the finished result. We would definitely recommend the company to anyone considering making similar transformations to their property.
